Buy from several European suppliers, receive everything at our Spanish warehouse, and ship once: one professionally built pallet — edge protection, strapping, ISPM-15 wood — with the export documentation done a single time. Any European store that delivers to a Spanish address becomes your supplier, and air consolidation puts speed behind a project that cannot wait. Built for businesses moving larger loads repeatedly, on the quote-based Business plan. The pallet case we publish — HPL panels bought from a Spanish supplier and dispatched to Mexico — was exactly this operation.
A dense commercial order shipped box by box pays courier pricing on every box, and international courier pricing is designed for gifts, not for goods. Consolidated onto one properly built pallet, the same order is weighed, documented and priced once — that change of format is where the numbers start to close.
The Spanish factory or distributor with the right price has no export desk for a foreign buyer. It does deliver to a Spanish address, though — which turns the export problem into a domestic delivery followed by professional palletizing and paperwork on our side of the line.
A fit-out or a production run draws on several catalogues at once, each shipping on its own schedule. Run separately across a border, the slowest supplier sets your date. Consolidated at one warehouse, the order builds until it is complete — and travels once.
A real local address at checkout is all that stands between you and that cart.
Resendify gives you a real local address at our warehouses. Shop where the deals are, we collect, repack and forward — you stay in control the whole way.
Pick a warehouse in Spain, Germany, the UK or the US. We assign you a real street address — yours within minutes.
Use your Resendify address at checkout — Amazon DE, Zara, Decathlon, eBay, anywhere. Even sellers that don't ship abroad.
Photos on arrival, optional repacking, and consolidation of multiple orders into one shipment to save up to 70%.

Start with the geography, because it decides the economics.
Our Spanish warehouse sits inside the EU single market, which means every European store or factory that delivers to a Spanish address — Spanish or not — can feed your pallet: Castellón ceramics and Porcelanosa bathrooms, HPL and compact laminate from specialist distributors such as Planchas de Plástico, homeware catalogues like Zara Home and Maisons du Monde, German fixings from Würth, French and German DIY ranges.
Each purchase arrives as an ordinary domestic delivery, is checked in and photographed, and waits while the rest of the order builds. When everything is in, we palletize professionally — edge protection, strapping, ISPM-15 heat-treated wood — and produce the export documentation once: commercial invoice, packing list, real weights and dimensions.
This is not a hypothetical service; it is the operation behind the pallet case we publish.
A client bought 150 HPL panels of 8 mm from a Spanish supplier: 296 kg on a single 120×80×50 cm pallet, €2,340.29 of declared merchandise and €3,111.75 in all-in logistics — roughly ≈€10.5/kg, and that figure only means something with its caveat attached: it was a one-off operation, and the working reference for loads over 200 kg is below €15/kg, moving with route, volume and season.
The second published case, a gym furnished from Zara Home Spain, moved 24 packages and 317 kg and landed at ≈€13/kg all-in — the bottom of the ~€13–18/kg reference band, helped by volume and a one-off carrier rate. Every pallet is quoted individually.
Published-case figures and sourcing notes reviewed August 2026 — not commercial or customs advice. We are not a distributor and hold no stock; case figures describe real one-off operations, not a tariff. Every pallet is quoted individually.
A pallet that flies is built differently from a pallet that rolls down a motorway, and the build is our job. Reception includes checking each delivery against your order and photographing what arrived, so you decide with evidence in front of you before anything is dispatched.
Retail packaging rarely survives an international leg, so we repack where needed; wood used for the trip is ISPM-15 heat-treated; edges are protected and the load is strapped as one unit. Some cargo cannot board a plane at all — aerosols, solvent-based adhesives and certain coatings are dangerous goods in air freight — so tell us what is in the order before you buy, not after.
Two more constraints worth knowing at specification stage: anything electrical from a European catalogue is built for 230 V / 50 Hz, and ceramics vary by production lot, so order the full quantity from one lot and add roughly ten percent overage for cuts and breakage.
On time, we hold ourselves to the published record rather than to marketing.
For air-consolidated pallets the honest way to talk about transit is an orientative band on the order of 1–3 weeks door to door, anchored in the two cases we publish — the HPL pallet documented 17 days door to door, and the gym case ran approximately from Day 0 to around Day 15 — and orientative is the operative word, not a promise: it depends on route, pickup, consolidation and customs clearance.
What we control, we schedule; what customs controls, nobody should promise you.
Operational guidance reviewed August 2026 — not customs, certification or carrier advice. Dangerous-goods handling depends on the specific product and service; transit depends on route, pickup, consolidation and customs clearance and is never guaranteed.
Being precise about the boundary is more useful than a list of promises. We operate receiving warehouses across ten countries — Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Türkiye, the Czech Republic, the United States, China and Hong Kong — so your suppliers deliver domestically, which is what most of them are set up to do.
We check goods in, store them while an order builds across several suppliers, repack when the original packaging is not built for an international leg, consolidate into one shipment, and produce the export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, real weights and dimensions, and the supplier origin documents that decide whether you pay a preferential duty rate or a full one.
What we are not is your customs broker in the destination country, a distributor, or a party to your trade terms. We do not clear goods on your behalf at destination, we do not hold stock we sell you, and we do not negotiate or guarantee terms with brands.
We also do not quote transit times we cannot control, and we do not tell you your goods will clear without charges. The Business plan exists precisely because a recurring importer needs a quote-based setup rather than a consumer membership: tailored workflows for repeat imports, room for packaging and repacking, volume-oriented planning and commercial support on request.
Accurate invoices and customs data, so your parcel is presented as cleanly as it can be.
Price a real weight and volume, then send us the details for a commercial quote.
From fashion to car parts, from luxury to electronics — global shoppers use Resendify to buy from Europe without limits.
“Finally a service that actually works for buying from Spanish stores. I ordered from Zara España, MANGO and El Corte Inglés in the same week — everything arrived consolidated in one box. Shipping to LA was way cheaper than I expected.”
“I bought a MediaMarkt laptop that wasn't available in Canada at that price. The process was seamless — got my European address, placed the order, and Resendify handled everything from there. Will definitely use again.”
“Been sourcing European car parts for years. Resendify is the best forwarding service I've used for Europe-to-India shipments. The consolidation feature saved me hundreds on a single order.”
“Bought from a French boutique that doesn't ship to Australia. Got my Resendify address in minutes, placed the order, and it was on my doorstep in Sydney two weeks later. Exactly as advertised.”
“I source from 4–5 European suppliers every month. Resendify consolidates everything before it hits the US, which cuts my per-unit shipping cost significantly. The quote tool is accurate and the team is responsive.”
“Found a Zalando deal that was EU-only. Used Resendify, got the item shipped to Dubai without any issues. The customs documentation was all handled — that's the part I usually dread.”
A single pallet is the format, not a minimum we tolerate — the HPL case published on this site is one pallet: 150 panels of 8 mm, 296 kg on a 120×80×50 cm base, consolidated, documented and quoted individually. You can start with a first order on the 14-day trial; recurring or larger programmes move to the Business plan, which is quote-based precisely because pallet operations differ too much for a fixed membership.
We will not print a delivery promise, because pickup, consolidation and customs clearance are real variables. What we can give you is the published record: the HPL case documented 17 days door to door, and the gym case we publish ran approximately from Day 0 to around Day 15. Read those as the anchors of an orientative band on the order of 1–3 weeks door to door for air shipments — orientative, not a promise: it depends on route, pickup, consolidation and customs clearance.
Use the pallet form in the calculator on this page: dimensions, weight and declared value of what you plan to move. A person — not an autoresponder — replies with a route-specific quote, and if the operation needs decisions made (repacking, what can fly, documentation), we raise them before you commit. Every pallet is quoted individually; there is no rate card to misread.
Volume and rhythm change what you need. A consumer account is built around occasional parcels; a business buying every month needs storage that fits a build-up across suppliers, packing decisions made per shipment, documentation that a customs agent can file without chasing you, and a quote rather than a fixed membership. That is what the Business plan is for, and it is priced per case because a pallet of tools every month and a monthly box of collectibles are not the same operation.
No. Clearance at destination is done by you or your customs broker, and that is deliberate: local clearance requires local licensing and local liability. What we do is the European side and the paperwork that makes clearance straightforward — a consolidated shipment, a commercial invoice that matches the goods, a packing list, real weights and dimensions and the supplier's origin documents.
Talk to us about the specific supplier before you plan around it. Some situations are simply a delivery address problem, which your European address solves outright. Others involve trade accounts or territorial agreements that are between you and the brand, and no forwarder can resolve those — we would rather tell you which one you are facing than take the order and find out later.
New accounts get a 14-day trial period — set it up now and see how the flow works.
The pallet operation this page is built on, published end to end: itemised logistics bill, customs notes and what the client actually paid.
24 packages from Zara Home Spain received, consolidated and delivered door to door — the full write-up with real figures.
The persona page for contractors sourcing European materials: supplier map, code caveats and the same pallet logic applied to a site programme.
The more concrete this is, the more useful our reply. We receive in ten countries — Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the UK, Türkiye, the Czech Republic, the United States, China and Hong Kong — and forward anywhere, so tell us where you actually buy and where it actually has to land, even if this page is about a different lane.
Tell us what you buy and how often, and we will come back with a setup and a quote — not a generic membership.
