Resendify is a package-forwarding and consolidation service. You get a real receiving address in Europe (and the US, Hong Kong or China), shop at stores that don't ship to your country, have your orders delivered to your Resendify address, and we forward them on to wherever you are. You can also combine several orders into one shipment to save on shipping.

Resendify operates receiving addresses in Spain, Germany, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Turkey and the Czech Republic, plus the USA, Hong Kong and China. You pick the address that matches the store you're buying from — for example a Spanish address for Zara.com/es or El Corte Inglés.

Many European retailers either don't ship internationally, or price and stock differently per country. With a local European address your order is accepted as a normal domestic delivery, and then we forward it to you anywhere in the world.

Yes — consolidation is one of the main reasons people use Resendify, and it's included on all plans. We can group orders that arrive at the same warehouse, and even combine parcels that arrive at different European warehouses, into a single outbound shipment to cut your total shipping cost.

Shipping cost depends on the weight, dimensions, destination and the carrier/service level you choose — use the real-time calculator on any page for an instant estimate. Transit time depends on the carrier and service you pick, so we don't quote a fixed number; you'll see the options when you ship.

Import duties and taxes are set by your destination country and are normally billed on or after arrival — no forwarder can waive them or promise them paid upfront. Note that the US $800 de-minimis exemption has been suspended for all countries of origin since 29 August 2025, so low-value parcels into the USA may now be dutiable. We prepare accurate customs paperwork so your parcel clears smoothly.

When goods bought in the EU are exported outside the EU, they can in principle leave VAT-free, but the exact mechanism depends on the retailer and your situation. Some stores price VAT-free for export; others don't refund it. We can help with the export documentation, but we can't guarantee a VAT refund on any given order.

If a European store won't take your foreign card or account, our "Buy for me" assisted-purchase service lets us place the order on your behalf; you reimburse the item plus a service fee, and we forward it like any other parcel.

Yes. Package photography is included so you can confirm what arrived at your address before you decide how to forward or consolidate it.

Your plan includes a free storage window so you can wait for other orders to arrive and consolidate them. The exact length depends on your plan — check the pricing page for current terms.

Resendify is more than a mailbox: it can receive official correspondence and documents, and the address can be used for business registration in Europe — useful for founders and sellers operating from outside the EU.

Yes. We communicate in English and offer native Spanish support, typically replying within 24 hours — helpful for buyers across Spain and Latin America.
