Resendify consolidates on request: when several of your parcels are at the same warehouse, you pick them in your dashboard and we pack them into one international shipment, so you pay one shipping rate instead of several. Consolidation is optional and has its own fee; once everything has been checked in, preparation usually takes 24–48 business hours.
Check-in photos are included for every parcel, so you see what arrived before deciding how to ship it, and parcels are photographed again on the way out. Repacking, content inspection and video are optional extras: repacking can split a large order into smaller parcels or cut packaging to reduce volumetric weight.
The addresses work as your virtual addresses for packages and occasional correspondence. Document scanning is available as an optional service. If something arrives that you did not announce in your dashboard, the team registers it for a small surcharge.
Use Buy for me: you send us the product link, we place and pay for the order ourselves, and it reaches the warehouse as a normal domestic purchase. It carries a management fee, paid in advance together with the item price.

A package forwarder gives you a local receiving address in the country you want to shop from. You use that address at checkout, the forwarder receives your order, and then reships it to your real address anywhere in the world — optionally consolidating several parcels into one to save on shipping.

International shipping cost is driven mainly by weight and volume. Combining 4–5 smaller orders received at your Resendify address into one outbound shipment can cut your total shipping cost by 50–70% compared with forwarding each parcel separately.
Duties depend on your destination country and the value of the goods. Since 2025, the US no longer waives duty on low-value parcels, so US import duty can apply from the first dollar — we estimate it before you ship (rules change; check current rates). Above those thresholds, applicable duties and taxes are assessed at the border. Resendify provides accurate customs documentation to keep clearance smooth.
