8.6 YouTube API Services

Resendify uses YouTube API Services to publish and manage its own marketing videos on the official Resendify YouTube channel and to read performance statistics of that channel.

• We only access the Resendify channel, which we own. We do not access, collect, store or share data from other YouTube users or channels.
• The data we process through YouTube API Services is limited to our own videos, their metadata (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, privacy settings) and aggregated channel statistics.
• By using YouTube features related to our service, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms
• Google's processing of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• You can revoke Resendify's access to your Google account data at any time through the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
• Data obtained through YouTube API Services is stored only as long as needed for the purposes above and deleted or refreshed within 30 days, as required by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. To request deletion of any related data, contact info@resendify.com.

8.7 Advertising and Measurement

We use advertising and analytics services from Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads) and Microsoft Clarity to measure the performance of our website and to show relevant advertising.

• With your consent, these services may use cookies and similar technologies, as described in sections 11 and 12.
• We may share a hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address with Google and Meta to measure conversions and to show or exclude advertising to existing customers (for example, Google Customer Match). Hashed data cannot be read as your actual email address, and these providers delete data that does not match an existing account.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by contacting info@resendify.com, through your Google Ads settings (https://adssettings.google.com) or your Meta ad preferences.

Data shall be retained:

• While the account remains active.
• For the periods required by law.
• For the time necessary to prevent fraud or manage disputes.

Verification documentation may be retained for as long as the contractual relationship or operational risk exists.

The Company implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against:

This record is used only to manage and evidence consent and is kept for as long as needed for that purpose.

Upon registration, the User authorises the sending of newsletters and promotions.

You may unsubscribe via the link included in each email.

Unsubscribing from commercial communications does not affect operational communications necessary for service delivery.

The Company may require identity documentation to prevent fraud.

The User authorises:

• Digital storage of documents.
• Manual or automated verification.
• The use of technological validation tools.

Refusal may result in account suspension.
