Your addresses accept occasional correspondence as well as parcels, and document scanning is available as an optional service. We are a parcel forwarder, not a dedicated mail-scanning mailbox.

Consolidation is an optional service with its own fee, set by your membership. On top come the per-package warehouse services (from about €5 per package) and the rate of the carrier you choose, which the quote calculator shows live.
It starts once every parcel you want to combine has been checked in. With everything in place and the check-out paid, preparing the shipment usually takes 24–48 business hours before the carrier collects it.
Every membership includes a number of free storage days; the official limit is 30 days. After the free days a daily rate applies according to your plan.
Three: minimal reduction keeps all outer boxes; moderate reduction keeps only the retail packaging; maximum reduction keeps only the products and accessories in a container bag.
Yes, on selected plans. A parcel in one warehouse is transferred to the other, checked in there and consolidated with the rest. Both warehouses bill their services, which is usually still far cheaper than two separate international shipments.
Can't register on the store, card rejected, or the seller won't deal with international buyers? Just send us the product link and we'll buy it for you. You choose the item — we pay, receive it at the warehouse and forward it to you.
