Buy from Spanish and European suppliers at their home-market prices, receive everything at our Spanish warehouse, and cross the Atlantic once: one professionally built pallet — edge protection, strapping, ISPM-15 wood — with the export documentation your customs broker files from. Air consolidation keeps a project moving, and the dated US customs guide is further down this page. Built for businesses moving larger loads repeatedly, on the quote-based Business plan.
Shipped parcel by parcel, a commercial order pays freight — and clears customs — once per box. One documented pallet is weighed, filed and cleared once; the customs guide further down this page explains the US side in detail, so it is not repeated here.
The Spanish factory or distributor with the right price delivers to Spanish addresses and does not export. Your address at our warehouse turns that into an ordinary domestic delivery — and the professional palletizing and export paperwork become our job instead of the supplier's refusal.
A fit-out, a store or a production run buys from several European catalogues at once. Run as separate transatlantic shipments, the slowest supplier sets your date; consolidated in Spain, the order builds until it is complete and crosses once.
A real local address at checkout is all that stands between you and that cart.
Resendify gives you a real local address at our warehouses. Shop where the deals are, we collect, repack and forward — you stay in control the whole way.
Pick a warehouse in Spain, Germany, the UK or the US. We assign you a real street address — yours within minutes.
Use your Resendify address at checkout — Amazon DE, Zara, Decathlon, eBay, anywhere. Even sellers that don't ship abroad.
Photos on arrival, optional repacking, and consolidation of multiple orders into one shipment to save up to 70%.

Spain is a strong origin for exactly the goods that make sense on a pallet: Castellón ceramics and Porcelanosa bathrooms, HPL and compact laminate through specialist distributors, sanitaryware, hardware and the homeware catalogues. And because our warehouse sits inside the EU single market, any European store that delivers to a Spanish address can feed the same pallet, whether the brand is Spanish, French or German.
For a US company the sequence matters more than the map: each supplier delivers domestically to our address, each delivery is checked in and photographed, the order builds until it is complete, and it crosses the Atlantic once — one professionally built pallet, one set of export documents, one clearance event instead of a stream of them.
The customs section below is the dated US-side sheet; your customs broker files the entry from the documents we produce.
On cost we point at the published record rather than a rate card.
The HPL case — bought from a Spanish supplier — moved 150 panels of 8 mm: 296 kg on a 120×80×50 cm pallet, €2,340.29 of declared merchandise, €3,111.75 in all-in logistics, roughly ≈€10.5/kg with the caveat that must travel with it: a one-off operation, and the working reference for loads over 200 kg is below €15/kg, moving with route, volume and season.
The gym case moved 24 packages and 317 kg at ≈€13/kg all-in — the bottom of the ~€13–18/kg reference band, helped by volume and a one-off carrier rate.
Both published operations ran Spain → Mexico; the consolidation, palletizing and documentation are the part that does not change with the destination, which is why the pallet form on this page asks for your real dimensions, weight and declared value — and a person replies with a Spain → USA quote.
Lane notes and published-case figures reviewed August 2026 — not commercial or customs advice. The case figures describe real one-off operations on the Spain → Mexico lane, not a US tariff; every pallet is quoted individually. Duty and entry specifics live in the dated customs section below.
Start with the change that reset the arithmetic: the $800 de minimis exemption was suspended on 29 August 2025, so a shipment from Europe can attract duty from the first dollar. For a business that is not only a cost — it is a reason to change how you ship. When each consignment is a customs event, sending ten small parcels a month costs you ten sets of charges, while consolidating into one or two well-documented consignments spreads that overhead across the whole order.
The second thing to know is that the threshold conversation ends where commercial imports begin. Formal entry procedures and a customs bond come into play on commercial consignments above the informal-entry ceiling, and in practice most importers work with a licensed customs broker who files the entry, applies the HTS classification and posts the bond. That is your side of the border.
Our side is making the entry easy to file: one consolidated shipment, a commercial invoice that matches what is in the box, a packing list, real weights and dimensions, and the supplier's origin documents. US tariff rates have been moving through 2026, so we deliberately do not print rate tables that would be stale next month — your broker prices the current rate against your HTS codes.
| What you send | What it triggers | Who handles it |
|---|---|---|
| One consolidated commercial shipment | One formal entry, one set of charges | Your US broker files; we supply the documents |
| Many small parcels | One customs event per parcel since de minimis ended | Avoidable — this is what consolidation fixes |
| Goods of EU origin | No US preferential rate — the EU has no FTA with the US | MFN or current 2026 rates apply |

US tariff policy changed repeatedly through 2025 and 2026; confirm current rates and procedures with U.S. Customs and Border Protection and your licensed customs broker before committing to an order. The build happens in Spain and it is the part we control end to end. Every supplier delivery is checked against your order and photographed at reception, and nothing is dispatched until you have decided with that evidence in front of you — a shortage or a damage caught in Spain is a supplier claim; found in a US warehouse, it is your cost and your delay.
We repack when retail packaging is not built for the trip, protect edges, strap the load as one unit, and use ISPM-15 heat-treated wood — the treatment wood packaging needs to travel internationally without being rebuilt. Aerosols, solvent-based adhesives and certain coatings are dangerous goods in air freight and get planned around from day one, so tell us what is in the order before you buy.
Anything electrical from a European catalogue is built for 230 V / 50 Hz and the US grid runs on a different standard — decide on transformers, local drivers or a different reference at specification stage, not on delivery day. Ceramics add their own rule: shade and calibre vary by production lot, so order the full quantity from one lot with roughly ten percent overage for cuts and breakage.
On transit we would rather show you the record than a slogan.
For air-consolidated pallets the honest description is an orientative band on the order of 1–3 weeks door to door, anchored in the two operations we publish — the HPL pallet documented 17 days door to door, and the gym case ran approximately from Day 0 to around Day 15, both from our Spanish operation — and that band is orientative, not a promise: route, pickup, consolidation and customs clearance each move it.
Send your real dimensions and weight through the pallet form and the quote that comes back is for your lane, not an average.
Operational guidance reviewed August 2026 — not customs, certification or carrier advice. Dangerous-goods handling depends on the specific product and service; transit depends on route, pickup, consolidation and customs clearance and is never guaranteed. US duty and entry specifics are covered in the dated customs section above.
Being precise about the boundary is more useful than a list of promises. We operate receiving warehouses across ten countries — Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Türkiye, the Czech Republic, the United States, China and Hong Kong — so your suppliers deliver domestically, which is what most of them are set up to do.
We check goods in, store them while an order builds across several suppliers, repack when the original packaging is not built for an international leg, consolidate into one shipment, and produce the export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, real weights and dimensions, and the supplier origin documents that decide whether you pay a preferential duty rate or a full one.
What we are not is your customs broker in the destination country, a distributor, or a party to your trade terms. We do not clear goods on your behalf at destination, we do not hold stock we sell you, and we do not negotiate or guarantee terms with brands.
We also do not quote transit times we cannot control, and we do not tell you your goods will clear without charges. The Business plan exists precisely because a recurring importer needs a quote-based setup rather than a consumer membership: tailored workflows for repeat imports, room for packaging and repacking, volume-oriented planning and commercial support on request.
Accurate invoices and customs data, so your parcel is presented as cleanly as it can be.

From fashion to car parts, from luxury to electronics — global shoppers use Resendify to buy from Europe without limits.
“Finally a service that actually works for buying from Spanish stores. I ordered from Zara España, MANGO and El Corte Inglés in the same week — everything arrived consolidated in one box. Shipping to LA was way cheaper than I expected.”
“I bought a MediaMarkt laptop that wasn't available in Canada at that price. The process was seamless — got my European address, placed the order, and Resendify handled everything from there. Will definitely use again.”
“Been sourcing European car parts for years. Resendify is the best forwarding service I've used for Europe-to-India shipments. The consolidation feature saved me hundreds on a single order.”
“Bought from a French boutique that doesn't ship to Australia. Got my Resendify address in minutes, placed the order, and it was on my doorstep in Sydney two weeks later. Exactly as advertised.”
“I source from 4–5 European suppliers every month. Resendify consolidates everything before it hits the US, which cuts my per-unit shipping cost significantly. The quote tool is accurate and the team is responsive.”
“Found a Zalando deal that was EU-only. Used Resendify, got the item shipped to Dubai without any issues. The customs documentation was all handled — that's the part I usually dread.”
Yes — a single pallet is the format this service is built around, not a concession. The HPL case published on this site is one pallet: 150 panels of 8 mm, 296 kg on a 120×80×50 cm base, consolidated, documented and quoted individually. A first order fits inside the 14-day trial; recurring or larger programmes belong on the Business plan, which is quote-based because no two pallet operations price the same.
We anchor time on the published record rather than a slogan. The HPL case documented 17 days door to door and the gym case ran approximately from Day 0 to around Day 15 — both from our Spanish operation. Those anchors support an orientative band on the order of 1–3 weeks door to door for air-consolidated pallets, and orientative is the honest word, not a promise: it depends on route, pickup, consolidation and customs clearance, and the US entry is filed by you or your broker.
Through the pallet form in the calculator on this page: dimensions, weight and declared value of what you plan to move. A person replies with a quote for this lane, and anything that needs deciding first — repacking, goods that cannot fly, the documents your broker will want — gets raised before you commit. Every pallet is quoted individually.
Volume and rhythm change what you need. A consumer account is built around occasional parcels; a business buying every month needs storage that fits a build-up across suppliers, packing decisions made per shipment, documentation that a customs agent can file without chasing you, and a quote rather than a fixed membership. That is what the Business plan is for, and it is priced per case because a pallet of tools every month and a monthly box of collectibles are not the same operation.
No. Clearance at destination is done by you or your customs broker, and that is deliberate: local clearance requires local licensing and local liability. What we do is the European side and the paperwork that makes clearance straightforward — a consolidated shipment, a commercial invoice that matches the goods, a packing list, real weights and dimensions and the supplier's origin documents.
Talk to us about the specific supplier before you plan around it. Some situations are simply a delivery address problem, which your European address solves outright. Others involve trade accounts or territorial agreements that are between you and the brand, and no forwarder can resolve those — we would rather tell you which one you are facing than take the order and find out later.
New accounts get a 14-day trial period — set it up now and see how the flow works.
The pallet operation this page keeps citing, published end to end: itemised logistics bill, customs notes and what the client actually paid.
The published gym operation read from a US buyer's side: what was bought, what it weighed and what the logistics actually cost.

The more concrete this is, the more useful our reply. We receive in ten countries — Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the UK, Türkiye, the Czech Republic, the United States, China and Hong Kong — and forward anywhere, so tell us where you actually buy and where it actually has to land, even if this page is about a different lane.
Tell us what you buy and how often, and we will come back with a setup and a quote — not a generic membership.
