A pallet is not a big parcel — it is a different operation. We receive your Spanish suppliers' deliveries at our warehouse, consolidate them onto one pallet, palletize professionally — edge protection, strapping, ISPM-15 wood — and dispatch with the export documentation issued once, air-consolidated when speed matters. Spain to Mexico is the lane we know best: both published cases on this site ran it.
Tile, panels, fittings, furniture — the goods worth importing from Spain are dense, heavy or oversized, which is everything parcel networks price against and handle worst. Bought as loose boxes, a commercial order travels expensively, arrives in waves and shows up with the damage rate of goods that were never packed for the trip.
A real order pulls from several suppliers — the tile house, the panel store, the furniture brand — and each one delivers domestically and considers the job done. Between five Spanish deliveries and one freight-ready pallet there is receiving, check-in, storage while the order completes, and a professional pallet build. That gap is the service.
Your customs agent files one shipment with one commercial invoice, a packing list and real weights and dimensions. A stream of store parcels produces none of that. The export side has to be documented once, coherently, before anything can clear commercially on the Mexican side.

Most freight pages describe a hypothetical shipment. This one can point at two published operations, both on this exact lane. The first is the HPL case: 150 HPL panels of 8 mm, bought from a Spanish store, consolidated onto a single 120×80×50 cm pallet weighing 296 kg — €2,340.29 of declared goods moved for €3,111.75 of logistics all-in, ≈€10.5/kg.
That rate was a one-off; the working reference for loads over 200 kg is under €15/kg, varying by route, volume and season. Its door-to-door transit is documented: 17 days.
The second is the gym case: a Monterrey developer equipped his development's gym from Zara Home Spain — 24 packages, 317 kg door to door at ≈€13/kg all-in, the bottom of the ~€13–18/kg reference range, helped by the shipment's volume and a one-off carrier rate.
The operation ran from Day 0 to roughly Day 15, and the verified saving against design-equivalent brands at US list prices was 60–73% (PENT and NOHrD, August 2026). Two different loads, one identical mechanic: several Spanish deliveries received and checked in, one pallet built properly, one set of export documents — and a Mexican side that clears formally through your customs agent, which the customs section below covers in detail.
Case figures are from single published operations, reviewed August 2026. Every pallet is quoted individually by weight, volume and route; no figure on this page is a tariff.
Mexico separates the courier world from the commercial one sharply. Simplified courier clearance exists for low-value, occasional shipments; a business importing for resale files a formal import (pedimento) through a licensed customs agent and must be registered on the Padrón de Importadores, with sector-specific registers for some categories. Registration is the gate: get it done before the first pallet moves, because it is not something that can be arranged while goods sit in a bonded warehouse.
On the numbers, IVA is 16% on the customs value plus duty and is normally creditable for a registered company, which means the real cost question is duty, not tax.
That is where the EU–Mexico agreement matters: goods of genuine EU origin can qualify for preferential tariff treatment when the supplier issues the origin declaration, so the same European invoice can land at a materially different duty depending on a paragraph of text.
Our part is the European side — receiving from multiple suppliers, consolidating onto a pallet where that is the right format, and issuing the commercial invoice, packing list and origin documents your agent needs to file cleanly.
| Route | Who clears it | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Formal import (pedimento) | Your licensed customs agent | Stock for resale, pallets, repeat sourcing |
| Simplified courier clearance | The courier | Low-value, occasional, non-commercial |

What turns store deliveries into freight is the pallet build, and it is manual, physical work. Every delivery is checked in against your order and photographed. When the order is complete, the load is stacked in layers with the heavy goods low, corners take edge protection, the whole block is strapped and stretch-wrapped, and pieces the factory packaging cannot protect are crated.
Any wood we use is ISPM-15 heat-treated — non-negotiable in international freight, and our job to get right. Then the paperwork happens once, for the whole pallet: a commercial invoice matching the goods, a packing list, real weights and dimensions, and the supplier origin documents your agent will want.
On speed: air consolidation exists for orders that cannot wait for ocean schedules, and it is priced by weight and volume — which is why a tight, well-built pallet is not cosmetic.
As a band, think on the order of 1–3 weeks door to door — orientative, not a promise: it depends on the route, pickup, consolidation and customs clearance, with the published cases as anchors: 17 days documented for the HPL pallet, Day 0 to roughly Day 15 for the gym operation.
Two details that bite this lane specifically: European electrical goods are built for 230 V / 50 Hz, so anything with a motor or a console needs a voltage plan agreed with your electrician before dispatch; and ceramic or dyed goods vary by production lot, so order the full quantity from one lot with roughly 10% overage rather than planning to top up later.
General operational guidance, reviewed August 2026 — not customs, electrical or certification advice. Transit anchors describe single published operations; every shipment is quoted individually.
Being precise about the boundary is more useful than a list of promises. We operate receiving warehouses across ten countries — Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Türkiye, the Czech Republic, the United States, China and Hong Kong — so your suppliers deliver domestically, which is what most of them are set up to do.
We check goods in, store them while an order builds across several suppliers, repack when the original packaging is not built for an international leg, consolidate into one shipment, and produce the export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, real weights and dimensions, and the supplier origin documents that decide whether you pay a preferential duty rate or a full one.
What we are not is your customs broker in the destination country, a distributor, or a party to your trade terms. We do not clear goods on your behalf at destination, we do not hold stock we sell you, and we do not negotiate or guarantee terms with brands.
We also do not quote transit times we cannot control, and we do not tell you your goods will clear without charges. The Business plan exists precisely because a recurring importer needs a quote-based setup rather than a consumer membership: tailored workflows for repeat imports, room for packaging and repacking, volume-oriented planning and commercial support on request.
Accurate invoices and customs data, so your parcel is presented as cleanly as it can be.

From fashion to car parts, from luxury to electronics — global shoppers use Resendify to buy from Europe without limits.
“Finally a service that actually works for buying from Spanish stores. I ordered from Zara España, MANGO and El Corte Inglés in the same week — everything arrived consolidated in one box. Shipping to LA was way cheaper than I expected.”
“I bought a MediaMarkt laptop that wasn't available in Canada at that price. The process was seamless — got my European address, placed the order, and Resendify handled everything from there. Will definitely use again.”
“Been sourcing European car parts for years. Resendify is the best forwarding service I've used for Europe-to-India shipments. The consolidation feature saved me hundreds on a single order.”
“Bought from a French boutique that doesn't ship to Australia. Got my Resendify address in minutes, placed the order, and it was on my doorstep in Sydney two weeks later. Exactly as advertised.”
“I source from 4–5 European suppliers every month. Resendify consolidates everything before it hits the US, which cuts my per-unit shipping cost significantly. The quote tool is accurate and the team is responsive.”
“Found a Zalando deal that was EU-only. Used Resendify, got the item shipped to Dubai without any issues. The customs documentation was all handled — that's the part I usually dread.”
A single pallet is fine — the published HPL case on this site was exactly that: one pallet, one operation, quoted on its own. There is no volume threshold for talking to us. If the lane becomes recurring, the Business plan turns the same mechanics into a quote-based routine; either way the account starts with a 14-day trial and every pallet is priced individually.
By air consolidation, an orientative band is on the order of 1–3 weeks door to door — orientative, not a promise: it depends on the route, pickup, consolidation and customs clearance. The band is anchored on the two published operations on this exact lane: the HPL pallet documented 17 days door to door, and the gym case ran from Day 0 to roughly Day 15. Your shipment is quoted individually, mode included.
Two ways in. The calculator on this page opens on the pallets tab: enter the pallet's dimensions and weight, add your contact details, and the request goes to our pallet desk — a human replies with a commercial quote, because pallet pricing depends on route, load and season, not on a rate card. Or use the commercial form below with your suppliers and volumes and we come back with the full setup, Business plan included.
Volume and rhythm change what you need. A consumer account is built around occasional parcels; a business buying every month needs storage that fits a build-up across suppliers, packing decisions made per shipment, documentation that a customs agent can file without chasing you, and a quote rather than a fixed membership. That is what the Business plan is for, and it is priced per case because a pallet of tools every month and a monthly box of collectibles are not the same operation.
No. Clearance at destination is done by you or your customs broker, and that is deliberate: local clearance requires local licensing and local liability. What we do is the European side and the paperwork that makes clearance straightforward — a consolidated shipment, a commercial invoice that matches the goods, a packing list, real weights and dimensions and the supplier's origin documents.
Talk to us about the specific supplier before you plan around it. Some situations are simply a delivery address problem, which your European address solves outright. Others involve trade accounts or territorial agreements that are between you and the brand, and no forwarder can resolve those — we would rather tell you which one you are facing than take the order and find out later.
New accounts get a 14-day trial period — set it up now and see how the flow works.

The more concrete this is, the more useful our reply. We receive in ten countries — Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the UK, Türkiye, the Czech Republic, the United States, China and Hong Kong — and forward anywhere, so tell us where you actually buy and where it actually has to land, even if this page is about a different lane.
Tell us what you buy and how often, and we will come back with a setup and a quote — not a generic membership.
