Import machinery parts and
spares from Europe

Resendify operators handing a wrapped pallet over to two business customers beside a branded truck

The gearbox, the servo, the bearing set, the hydraulic block — bought from the European maker or distributor that has it, received at our warehouse in Spain, Italy, Germany or wherever the supplier is, and forwarded as one documented shipment. This is the sector where air freight actually earns its price: a stopped line costs more per day than the shipment does.

The problem

The machine is European. The spare is in Europe. Your line is stopped here.

🛑

Downtime, not freight, is the real cost

When a production line is down, the arithmetic changes completely: the question stops being what shipping costs and becomes how quickly the part can be in the building. That is the one case where paying for air is obviously right, and it is why this sector consolidates less and moves faster than the others on this site.

🏭

OEM spare desks sell domestically or through an agent

European machine builders and component makers serve their own market directly and everyone else through a local agent — if there is one, and if it stocks your part. Buying direct with a European delivery address takes the agent's availability out of the critical path.

🧾

One breakdown, several suppliers, one deadline

A repair rarely needs one part from one maker. Bearings from one catalogue, a drive from another, seals and fasteners from a third. Consolidated, that is one shipment and one customs entry instead of three arriving on three different days.

A real local address at checkout is all that stands between you and that cart.

What this lane actually carries

European industry supplies the components that end up inside machines everywhere, and the part that fails is usually the European one. This lane is the maintenance list: bearings and seals, gearboxes and gearmotors, servos and drives, hydraulic and pneumatic components, controls and sensors, plus the OEM-specific spares that only the machine builder sells.

The pattern is different from every other sector on this site. Orders are smaller, denser and far more urgent, and they repeat. A plant that imports one emergency spare usually ends up importing a standing list, because the same machines keep needing the same parts and the local agent keeps not having them.

What we handle is the part between the supplier's loading bay and your goods-in: receive, verify against the order, pack for the trip, document accurately, and ship as one consignment rather than as whatever each supplier decided to courier.

  • Bearings, seals, couplings and transmission components.
  • Gearboxes, gearmotors, servos, drives and motors.
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic components, valves, cylinders, blocks.
  • Controls, sensors, PLC and automation hardware.
  • OEM-specific spares from the machine builder's own parts desk.

Small, dense and expensive — how it is packed and declared

Machinery spares are the highest value-per-kilo cargo on this site, and the packing problem is the opposite of the elevator one: not large fragile faces, but heavy compact items that need to be immobilised and protected from each other and from moisture.

Everything is checked against your order at reception, photographed and weighed, and repacked where a supplier has shipped a machined part in a thin carton. Precision surfaces get protection, dense items are secured so they cannot move inside the box, and the whole consignment is built so nothing is carrying weight it was not meant to carry.

Declaration matters more here than almost anywhere, because these parts have real value and specific classifications. Descriptions are what the parts actually are, with part numbers where you give them to us, at the real price paid, on one commercial invoice — which is what lets a broker classify them properly instead of guessing.

  • Reception check against your order and part numbers, with photos.
  • Repacking for machined and precision parts that arrive underprotected.
  • Dense items immobilised; moisture protection where the part needs it.
  • Accurate descriptions and part numbers on one commercial invoice.
  • Ship-now or hold-and-consolidate, your call per shipment.

What we publish, and what we will not pretend

Three operations are published on this site with their real figures. An HPL pallet: 150 panels, 296 kg, one pallet, the logistics bill in full, 17 days documented door to door. A gym fit-out: 24 packages, 317 kg, consolidated into a single pallet. And an elevator shipment: two door leaves at 78 kg each plus a 124 kg motor, 280 kg, at ≈€15/kg on a last-minute opportunity against a ~€20/kg reference. The first two ran Spain → Mexico, the third Spain → Colombia.

We show them on a sector page like this one because the operation is identical whatever is on the pallet: receive from several suppliers, check against the order, build and document one shipment, fly it, hand a clean entry to the importer's broker.

What we are not going to do is dress them up as a case from this sector, invent a customer, or quote you a price and a date we have not run. Your shipment gets quoted on your weight, your volume, your route and your pickup.

  • The published cases run Spain → Mexico and Spain → Colombia. Evidence of the method, not a price or a schedule for your sector.
  • Transit is an orientative band anchored on those cases — never a delivery promise.
  • Duties and taxes are the importer's, calculated at destination. We do not collect them upfront or estimate a fixed percentage.

What Resendify does for a business, and what it does not

Being precise about the boundary is more useful than a list of promises. We operate receiving warehouses across ten countries — Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Türkiye, the Czech Republic, the United States, China and Hong Kong — so your suppliers deliver domestically, which is what most of them are set up to do.

We check goods in, store them while an order builds across several suppliers, repack when the original packaging is not built for an international leg, consolidate into one shipment, and produce the export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, real weights and dimensions, and the supplier origin documents that decide whether you pay a preferential duty rate or a full one.

What we are not is your customs broker in the destination country, a distributor, or a party to your trade terms. We do not clear goods on your behalf at destination, we do not hold stock we sell you, and we do not negotiate or guarantee terms with brands.

We also do not quote transit times we cannot control, and we do not tell you your goods will clear without charges. The Business plan exists precisely because a recurring importer needs a quote-based setup rather than a consumer membership: tailored workflows for repeat imports, room for packaging and repacking, volume-oriented planning and commercial support on request.

  • Receiving warehouses in 10 countries so suppliers deliver domestically
  • Check-in, storage while an order builds, and repacking for the international leg
  • Consolidation into one shipment with commercial invoice, packing list, weights and dimensions
  • We chase supplier origin declarations — the document that decides preferential duty
  • We are not your destination customs broker, not a distributor, and not a party to your trade terms
  • Business plan is quote-based: tailored workflows for repeat imports, volume-oriented planning

We declare the real value and prepare the paperwork.

Accurate invoices and customs data, so your parcel is presented as cleanly as it can be.

Finally a service that actually works for buying from Spanish stores. I ordered from Zara España, MANGO and El Corte Inglés in the same week — everything arrived consolidated in one box. Shipping to LA was way cheaper than I expected.

I source from 4–5 European suppliers every month. Resendify consolidates everything before it hits the US, which cuts my per-unit shipping cost significantly. The quote tool is accurate and the team is responsive.

Found a Zalando deal that was EU-only. Used Resendify, got the item shipped to Dubai without any issues. The customs documentation was all handled — that's the part I usually dread.

FAQ

Importing machinery spares: what maintenance teams ask

Yes, and for breakdowns that is usually the right call. Consolidation saves money when you can wait; when you cannot, we ship what has arrived and the rest follows. Tell us in the enquiry that the line is down and we will treat the shipment that way instead of holding it to build a fuller pallet.

That is the core of the service. You buy direct with your own account and your own terms, have it delivered to your address at our European warehouse as a domestic delivery, and we take it from there — check against your order, photograph, pack, document, ship.

Depends entirely on the machine. A palletizable unit within air-cargo dimensions is normal work; a crated production machine is a project, and a very large one is genuinely better on ocean freight, which is not what this service is built around. Send dimensions and weight in the enquiry and we will tell you which of those you have — including when the answer is that we are the wrong option.

Usually no, with two exceptions worth flagging before you buy: anything containing lithium batteries and anything pressurised has air-transport restrictions that depend on the item and the carrier. Tell us what is in the order and we will be plain about what can travel.

Volume and rhythm change what you need. A consumer account is built around occasional parcels; a business buying every month needs storage that fits a build-up across suppliers, packing decisions made per shipment, documentation that a customs agent can file without chasing you, and a quote rather than a fixed membership. That is what the Business plan is for, and it is priced per case because a pallet of tools every month and a monthly box of collectibles are not the same operation.

No. Clearance at destination is done by you or your customs broker, and that is deliberate: local clearance requires local licensing and local liability. What we do is the European side and the paperwork that makes clearance straightforward — a consolidated shipment, a commercial invoice that matches the goods, a packing list, real weights and dimensions and the supplier's origin documents.

Talk to us about the specific supplier before you plan around it. Some situations are simply a delivery address problem, which your European address solves outright. Others involve trade accounts or territorial agreements that are between you and the brand, and no forwarder can resolve those — we would rather tell you which one you are facing than take the order and find out later.
