Does Zalando ship to the USA? The 2026 answer and the workaround

Short answer: no. Zalando does not ship to the USA. Zalando's own help centre states that "an order on Zalando.de can only be delivered to an address in Germany" — your home address, a DHL Packstation or a Hermes ParcelShop (Zalando help centre, verified 22 October 2026). The same logic applies to every Zalando shop: Lounge by Zalando's UK help page puts it plainly, "if you want your order delivered to another country, you must place your order on that respective country's website" (verified 22 October 2026). And there is no US website: Zalando's corporate site describes a platform active across 25 European markets, from Germany and Austria in 2008–2009 to Hungary and Romania in 2022, with Portugal, Greece and Bulgaria announced next (Zalando corporate, verified 22 October 2026). "Does Zalando deliver to USA", "Zalando ship to US" — all the same answer.

Why people keep asking

Because Zalando is where European brands are priced for Europe. Our Zalando landing shows why US shoppers care: brands such as Hugo Boss, adidas, Puma or G-Star are frequently listed 20–35% below US retail on Zalando, especially during sales, and many labels on Zalando — the German, Scandinavian and Dutch ones in particular — have no US distribution at all. Zalando also stocks EU sizes and EU-only colourways that never reach American shelves.

The workaround: order like a German customer

With Resendify you get a receiving address in Germany (or in Spain, France, Italy, the UK or Czechia if you prefer that country's Zalando shop). You place the order on zalando.de with that address, pay as a German customer and Zalando delivers domestically. We check the parcel in and photograph the contents (included); from your panel you can hold it and add other orders — Zalando, Zara, a German tool shop — into one consolidated shipment (consolidation, repacking and inspection are optional paid services). You declare the items and values in your panel, our system generates the customs documentation and you choose the carrier from the quote.

What a forwarded Zalando order costs you at the border

When forwarding does not make sense

If the exact item is on a US site at a similar price, buy it there: no duty event, local returns. Forwarding pays off for items that are EU-only, for EU pricing on several pieces at once, and for mixing Zalando with other European shops in one box.
