A returns address in every market you sell in,
and one shipment back to your warehouse
Amazon is one case. Kaufland asks for a returns address inside the EU, TikTok Shop wants returns handled in the seller's country, Allegro wants one in Central Europe, Zalando one in Spain for ZRS Pure — and your own shop still owes every EU customer 14 days to change their mind. We receive your returns at local addresses in Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the Czech Republic and the UK, photograph every parcel, and send them home consolidated, in boxes or on a pallet.

Selling across Europe from outside it means returns in ten countries and no way home.
Each marketplace sets its own address rule
One wants the returns address in the EU, another in the marketplace country, another in a short list of neighbours. Keeping a different provider per platform and per country becomes its own job.
Returns to a non-EU address rarely pay off
A customer sending a parcel outside the EU faces an international label and sometimes customs. If you pay for free returns, each one can cost more than the product it brings back.
No evidence, no decision
Without seeing what came back, you refund blind and cannot tell resellable stock from waste. Stock you cannot see is stock you cannot sell again.

Who asks for what: returns rules by marketplace
Every marketplace that lets foreign sellers into Europe has had to decide what happens to returns. Most chose one of three answers: a returns address in the marketplace country, one anywhere in the EU, or a refund without the item coming back. The table sums up what each platform says on its own seller pages.
Two things are not in it on purpose. Some requirements are only reported by integrators and forwarders, such as a Spanish returns address for AliExpress sellers using Cainiao local returns, or an EU returns address for SHEIN sellers. They may be true, but we have not seen them on the platform's own pages, so check your seller centre. And platforms change these rules often — check again before you rely on one.
| Marketplace | Where it sells (third-party sellers) | Returns address rule, per its own pages |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon | Spain, Italy, Germany, France, UK and more | In the marketplace country, or returnless refund, for FBM items ≤ €25 / £20 sold from abroad |
| Kaufland | Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Czech Rep., Slovakia | Must be inside the EU; automatic DPD return labels only to German addresses |
| TikTok Shop | EU local stores; UK sellers into 12 EU markets from 19 Oct 2026 | EU local sellers accept returns in their country of registration |
| Allegro (Smart!) | Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary (foreign sites) | .cz: PL or CZ · .sk: PL, CZ or SK · .hu: PL, CZ, SK or HU |
| Zalando | 14 markets with ZRS, incl. Spain and Italy | ZRS Pure Spain: return address in Spain; 30-day minimum everywhere |
| bol.com | Netherlands, Belgium | Its returns service needs an NL or BE address; EU return label outside |
| Own shop (Shopify, WooCommerce…) | Any EU consumer | No platform rule; 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law |

One network instead of one provider per platform
The countries that matter for European marketplaces are the ones where we receive. Spain and Italy for Amazon.es, Amazon.it, Kaufland, TikTok Shop and Zalando. Germany for Amazon.de, Kaufland's automatic DPD labels and TikTok Shop. France for Amazon.fr and Kaufland. The Czech Republic for Allegro's foreign sites and Kaufland. The UK for Amazon.co.uk and UK shops.
Under one account, every return appears in the same panel with its check-in photo. From there, the choices are the same wherever it arrived: keep it for the next consolidated shipment, prepare it to go back into an Amazon fulfilment centre, or destroy it securely.
The trip home is where the network pays off. EU returns can be combined across countries before the single export, and leave as boxes or a pallet with a commercial invoice and packing list.
- Spain · Italy · France · Germany · Czech Republic · UK — the countries European marketplaces ask for
- One account and one panel, every return with its check-in photo
- EU returns combined across countries before export: no customs between EU countries
- Home as boxes or a pallet — to China, the US, the UK, Türkiye, Latin America or anywhere else
What we do with your returns, and what we do not
Being precise about the boundary is more useful than a list of promises. We give you an address at our warehouse in the country where your customers return, and every parcel that arrives is checked in and photographed. That check covers what you need first: does the content match what you sold, and is there visible damage. An in-depth inspection is available when you want it, as an optional service with its own fee.
The returns then wait for you. Each plan includes free storage days; the official limit is 30 days, after which a daily fee applies, and it can be extended case by case.
When you decide, we consolidate and repack — optional services, priced per plan — and ship them to your warehouse as boxes or a pallet, with the commercial invoice and packing list the business shipment needs. We can also prepare goods to go back into an Amazon fulfilment centre, or destroy them securely.
What we are not: the seller of record, a liquidator, or your customs broker at origin. The refund decision and the conversation with your customer stay in your Seller Central, with our photos as evidence. We do not quote transit times we cannot control, and we do not tell you a return will re-enter your country free of duty.
- A local address in the country where your customers return — Spain, Italy and eight more countries
- Every parcel checked in and photographed; contents and visible damage verified
- In-depth inspection, consolidation, repacking, extended storage and secure destruction: optional, priced per plan
- Free storage days by plan; official limit 30 days, then a daily fee, extendable case by case
- Back to your warehouse as boxes or a pallet, with commercial invoice and packing list
- Not: seller of record, liquidator, customs broker at origin — and no transit-time promises
We declare the real value and prepare the paperwork.
Accurate invoices and customs data, so your parcel is presented as cleanly as it can be.

Thousands of global shoppers trust Resendify
From fashion to car parts, from luxury to electronics — global shoppers use Resendify to buy from Europe without limits.
“Finally a service that actually works for buying from Spanish stores. I ordered from Zara España, MANGO and El Corte Inglés in the same week — everything arrived consolidated in one box. Shipping to LA was way cheaper than I expected.”
“I bought a MediaMarkt laptop that wasn't available in Canada at that price. The process was seamless — got my European address, placed the order, and Resendify handled everything from there. Will definitely use again.”
“Been sourcing European car parts for years. Resendify is the best forwarding service I've used for Europe-to-India shipments. The consolidation feature saved me hundreds on a single order.”
“Bought from a French boutique that doesn't ship to Australia. Got my Resendify address in minutes, placed the order, and it was on my doorstep in Sydney two weeks later. Exactly as advertised.”
“I source from 4–5 European suppliers every month. Resendify consolidates everything before it hits the US, which cuts my per-unit shipping cost significantly. The quote tool is accurate and the team is responsive.”
“Found a Zalando deal that was EU-only. Used Resendify, got the item shipped to Dubai without any issues. The customs documentation was all handled — that's the part I usually dread.”
Returns addresses for marketplace sellers: what sellers ask
On their own seller pages, as of 23 September 2026: Amazon, for FBM items up to €25 sold from abroad; Kaufland, which requires a returns address inside the EU; TikTok Shop, whose EU local sellers accept returns in their country of registration; Allegro, for Smart! on its Czech, Slovak and Hungarian sites; Zalando, for ZRS Pure in Spain; and bol.com, for its own returns service. Others recommend one without requiring it.
No. Since 13 December 2024, the EU General Product Safety Regulation requires an economic operator established in the EU to be responsible for the safety of products sold there. That is a legal compliance role, and Kaufland, for example, asks for it separately from the returns address. We provide the returns address; we do not act as your GPSR responsible person.
No platform requires it, but EU law does give your customers 14 days to withdraw from the purchase, wherever you are based. A domestic returns address makes that return cheap and simple for the customer, and lets you collect the goods in Europe instead of paying for them to cross borders one by one.
Yes. Moving goods between EU countries involves no customs, so returns received in Spain, Italy, France, Germany and the Czech Republic can be consolidated before the single export home. UK returns cross a customs border and are planned separately.
Not for customer returns: with FBA, Amazon takes them back into its own fulfilment centres. You need an address for what Amazon sends out — removal orders of unsellable, aged or excess stock. Amazon's European removal fees are built around European addresses, so a seller whose warehouse is outside Europe needs one here. Merchant-fulfilled (FBM) sellers need both: returns come straight to the seller.
We do not publish a single returns rate card, because the cost depends on how many parcels you receive, how long they wait and where they go back to. The pieces are the plan, the optional services you use (inspection, consolidation, repacking, extended storage, destruction) and the outbound shipment, which you can price in the calculator on this page. Recurring volume goes on the Business plan, which is quote-based: send the form and a person replies.
It is received anyway. Parcels that arrive without being created in your panel are booked in manually by our team, with a small surcharge. The cheap way is to create the expected return in advance — the tracking number from the marketplace's return request is enough.
No. We prepare the export side — consolidated shipment, commercial invoice, packing list, real weights and dimensions — and the import in your country is done by you or your customs broker. Each origin page on this site explains the returned-goods rule of that country, dated and with its official source, but the claim is yours to make.
