Package forwarding,
on autopilot
Connect your system to warehouses in 10 countries. Declare purchases, buy for your customers, consolidate, book shipping, send the customs proforma and pay — without anyone opening a panel.
- 09:12Package declared from your order sheet — Zara, order #48213
- 11:47Checked in at the Spain warehouse · 3 photos attached
- 11:484 packages consolidated into one box, as requested
- 11:52Shipping booked to Mexico City · customs proforma accepted
- 11:52Paid from balance · amount matched, no surprises
- +2 dIn transit — carrier tracking pushed to your customer
At volume, the panel becomes the bottleneck
Copy, paste, repeat
Every order means retyping store, tracking and value into a panel. At fifty a week, that is a person's job — and a source of typos.
Refreshing to find out
Has it arrived? Is it consolidated? Was it paid? Without notifications, someone keeps checking and your customer keeps asking.
Customs as an afterthought
A missing HS code or a wrong value is discovered when the shipment is already stuck, not when it could still be fixed.
Prices that move between click and charge
Carrier rates change. Paying blind, at scale, means margins you find out about at the end of the month.
Everything your account does on the web, from your own system
The API is your Resendify account, programmable. Same permissions, same plan prices — so anything you click today can run on its own tomorrow.
Your address in every warehouse
Fetch your personal address and customer code for each of our 10 countries, ready to paste into any checkout.
Declare inbound packages
Create each expected package with store, order number, carrier, tracking and expected arrival — straight from your order flow.
Buy for me, programmatically
Send a product link and price; we place the order in the store. The payment request comes back with the provision and your plan's handling fee.
Status, photos and history
List and search every package by status, warehouse, tracking or order; read its photos, full status history and per-leg tracking events.
Consolidation
Ask us to merge several checked-in packages into one, choosing the consolidation type and leaving instructions for the team.
Instant price quotes
Prices for any weight, size and postal code without creating a package — sorted by cheapest or fastest, with the carrier's own estimate.
Shipping options and booking
Get the live options for a package in the warehouse, choose one, add premium insurance and book it to any saved address.
Customs proforma
Send the item list with HS codes and origin together with the booking. It is validated before anything is contracted.
Payments from your balance
Pay shipments and pending requests from your wallet, and read your full payment history for accounting.
Address book
Add, edit and set default delivery addresses within your plan's quota — with a safety step when an edit would invalidate a pending quote.
Pallet quotes
Request a pallet quote with dimensions and value; our team prices it (within 72 hours at most) and the price appears on the same request.
Real-time notifications
Your server is told about every status change, new payment request and completed payment the moment it happens.
One package, from store to door, without opening the panel
This is the whole life of a package and what your system can do at each step. Each stage arrives as a notification, so your platform reacts instead of polling.
- 1Created
Declared
Your system declares the purchase — or asks us to buy it — the moment the order is placed.
- 2In warehouse
Checked in
Arrival with photos. You can check contents remotely and forward the proof to your own customer.
- 3Consolidating
Grouped
Optional: several packages become one box to cut the international rate.
- 4Payment pending
Booked
Options priced, carrier chosen, customs proforma sent and validated.
- 5Paid
Paid
Charged to your balance only if the amount is exactly the one you expected.
- 6Shipped → Delivered
On its way
Carrier tracking per leg until delivery, pushed to your system as it happens.
Why teams that integrate it don't go back to the panel
An API that touches money and customs has to be safe to automate. These are the details that make it so.
A real sandbox
Any call can run in test mode: validated exactly like live, with a simulated answer — nothing is created, charged or shipped.
Price guard on every payment
You send the amount you expect to pay. If the price moved, nothing is charged and your system decides what to do.
Signed, retried notifications
Every notification is signed so you can verify it came from us, retried if your server fails, and carries an id to ignore duplicates.
Same prices as your plan
The API does not add a price layer: quotes and charges are your plan's, exactly as in the web panel.
Customs checked before booking
When a route crosses customs, the proforma is validated before the shipment is contracted — not after it is stuck.
Readable by people and AI
Standard REST and JSON with a machine-readable specification: your developer, or an AI assistant, can work with it from day one.
Built for businesses that move packages every day
The same API serves very different businesses. These are the three we see most — each has its own page with the details.
Resellers and personal shoppers
You buy in European, US or Chinese stores for clients back home. The API keeps every client order traceable from checkout to their door.
- Declare purchases from your order sheet
- Check-in photos forwarded to each client
- Buy for me when the store rejects your card
Online stores and marketplace sellers
You source in several countries and sell elsewhere. Connect supplier orders, consolidation and shipping to your store's back office.
- Supplier orders become inbound packages
- Quotes in your checkout or margin calculator
- Booking with the customs proforma from your catalogue
Couriers and casilleros
You already move packages for your customers. Add Europe, Türkiye, the US and China as origins without building warehouses there.
- Inbound packages tied to your own references
- Status pushed into your tracking system
- Consolidated to your hub for last-mile

Go live
Your system declares, consolidates, ships and pays on its own, and hears about every change the moment it happens.
Warehouses and receiving points across key global markets
We can receive your packages in multiple strategic countries, giving you access to stores, suppliers and marketplaces that would otherwise be hard to reach internationally.
Why a forwarding API changes the economics
A forwarding account is cheap per package and expensive per minute. The cost that grows with volume is not the shipping rate — it is the time spent declaring, checking, chasing and reconciling.
The API removes that time. Your system already knows what was bought, from which store, for which customer. Passing that to us automatically means the package is expected before it arrives, and checked in against the right order.
From there, every decision your team used to make by hand — consolidate or not, which carrier, which address — can become a rule in your system. People only step in for exceptions.
- Packages expected before they arrive, matched to the right order
- Rules instead of clicks: consolidation, carrier and address decided by your system
- Your team handles exceptions, not routine
What stays with our team, and what we do not promise
Automation covers your side. On ours, people still receive every package, photograph it, consolidate it and hand it to the carrier. Pallet quotes are priced by our team, not by an algorithm.
We do not promise transit times through the API: options show the carrier's own estimate, which we do not control. Duties are paid at destination, and the customs proforma is your declaration — we validate its format and review it, but the content is yours.
And the API is your account: it follows your plan's permissions, prices and address quota. If your volume needs a different setup, that is exactly what the sales conversation is for.
Questions about the package forwarding API
Everything your account does on the web: get your address in each warehouse, declare inbound packages or ask us to buy for you, follow status with photos and tracking, request consolidation, get quotes and shipping options, book a shipment with the customs proforma, pay from your balance, manage delivery addresses, request pallet quotes and receive real-time notifications.
The same as your account: we receive in Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Türkiye, the United States, China and Hong Kong, and ship to destinations worldwide with the carriers available on each route.
Shipments, services and quotes through the API cost exactly what your plan costs on the web — the API does not add a price layer. API access is enabled per account, and the right plan depends on your volume, so the conditions are agreed with sales. Send the form and a person replies.
Someone has to connect your system, yes: the API is standard REST with JSON, documented with a machine-readable specification, so any developer — or an AI coding assistant — can work with it. There is no ready-made store plugin today. If you do not have a developer, tell us in the form and we will tell you honestly whether the web panel already covers what you need.
Yes. Every action can run in sandbox mode: it is validated exactly as it would be in production and returns a simulated response, but nothing is created, charged or shipped. Notifications produced in sandbox are flagged as such, so your system can tell them apart.
No. Shipping options show the carrier's own estimate next to the price, and that is all it is — an estimate from the carrier, which we do not control. The same applies to customs: duties are paid at destination and we never promise a shipment will enter free of them.
There are fair-use limits that protect the platform for everyone. Tell us your expected volume in the form — packages per month and peaks — and we size the setup with you before you go live.
The API, by type of business
Run dozens of client orders from Europe, the US and China without copying a single tracking number by hand.
Connect sourcing in 10 countries to your store's back office: from supplier order to your customer's door.
Add Europe, Türkiye, the US and China as origins to your courier business, inside your own system.
