EU-exclusive colourways, lower EUR prices and limited releases โ forwarded from Nike Europe to any UK address.
Nike Europe carries EU-exclusive colourways and limited regional releases that never appear on nike.com/en-gb. EUR prices are consistently lower than UK GBP prices post-Brexit. Resendify gives you a real European address so you can shop Nike EU and forward to any UK address. Shipping time from Europe to the United Kingdom depends on the carrier and service level you choose. Resendify handles UK import declarations and VAT paperwork so you receive your order without delays.
To buy Nike in Europe and ship to the UK, it helps to know that Nike runs nike.com/gb and the EU stores โ nike.com/de, /fr, /nl and 19+ other countries โ as completely separate catalogues. A shoe sold out or never released on the GB site is frequently still in stock, and in your size, on the German, French or Dutch store. The EU range is deeper, prices are quoted in EUR, and the SNKRS EU app runs Europe-only events like 'SNKRS Reloaded' restocks the UK app never gets. With a free Resendify EU forwarding address you shop the EU site as a local and we re-ship to Britain. Register, copy your EU address into Nike checkout, and we handle the rest.
Nike's German, French and Spanish sites only deliver within EU member states. UK customers can't access EU prices post-Brexit.
Nike trainers and apparel on nike.com/de or nike.com/fr are consistently priced lower than on nike.com/en-gb.
Nike EU drops certain colourways exclusively in Europe that never release on the UK store.
Several Nike Air Max and Jordan regional exclusives launch in EU countries before reaching the UK market.
The EU store prints EU sizes on the box, so convert to UK before you order โ and remember Nike runs small. If you are between sizes, order half a size up. The most reliable method is to match foot length in centimetres rather than trusting a label: a men's EU 42 is roughly 25.8 cm. Apparel such as Tech Fleece uses EU letter/number sizing and the cut can run slim versus UK expectations, so check Nike's EU size guide for tops and bottoms. Returning an EU-bought pair from the UK is slow and not free (see Returns below), so getting the size right up front matters more than usual.
| EU | UK | US | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| 36 (W) | 3 | 5.5 | Women's |
| 38 (W) | 4.5 | 7 | Women's |
| 40 | 6 | 7 (M) / 8.5 (W) | Men's EU 40 = UK 6 |
| 42 | 7.5 | 8.5 | Men โ 25.8 cm |
| 44 | 9 | 10 | Men's |
| 46 | 11 | 12 | Men's |

Here is the version most forwarders won't tell you. The UK has a single number that controls everything: GBP 135 per consignment, measured on the goods value alone (shipping and insurance don't count). At or below GBP 135, there is no customs duty, and the overseas seller charges 20% UK VAT at checkout. Above GBP 135, the carrier collects import VAT (and any duty) when it delivers and adds a handling fee. Note the dates: the GBP 135 duty relief is still in force today โ its abolition was announced in the Autumn Budget 2025 but is future-dated 'by March 2029 at the latest,' so it does not apply now. There is no VAT-free threshold for commercial goods: above GBP 135 the 20% import VAT is charged on the full value, not just the part over GBP 135. Only genuine person-to-person gifts up to GBP 39 are VAT-free.
Duty itself is often 0% on EU-origin goods: under the UK-EU trade agreement (TCA), a valid statement of origin gets you 0% duty. Without it, standard MFN rates apply โ roughly 12% on clothing, 8% on footwear, 2% on leather goods โ while perfume, cosmetics, phones and laptops are 0% anyway. One caveat we won't sugarcoat: shipping to an EU forwarding address counts as a domestic EU sale, so EU VAT is charged and a private buyer generally cannot reclaim it. The tourist refund requires you to personally export the goods with a customs stamp โ a forwarder cannot do that for you. So before you ship, we estimate your full landed cost โ item + shipping + estimated duty โ so you can plan with a realistic estimate. Create your free EU forwarding address and run the calculator.

Let's be straight: the EUR price you see on nike.com/de or /fr already includes EU VAT. Shipping to an EU forwarding address is a domestic EU delivery, so that EU VAT stays in the price โ a private shopper cannot reclaim it through forwarding. The tourist tax-refund scheme needs you to personally export the goods and get a customs stamp, which a forwarder cannot do on your behalf, so we never promise a VAT refund. The real value is different and still substantial: access to the deeper EU catalogue and SNKRS EU exclusives the GB site never gets, EUR list prices that often sit at or below the converted GBP price, and EU-side sales (Nike DE has discounted AF1 to about EUR 90.99 from EUR 129.99). Buy at the EUR price, and we forward it to your UK door โ with UK import tax handled transparently in the landed-cost example below.
Forwarding to an EU address does not make a purchase VAT-free and does not allow a private consumer to reclaim EU VAT. Separately, UK import VAT (20%) applies on entry to Britain โ see the landed-cost example below.
A single pair of Air Force 1-style sneakers weighs about 0.87 kg, but couriers charge on whichever is greater: actual weight or volumetric (dimensional) weight. A boxed, packed sneaker order is bulky, so budget roughly 1.5โ2 kg billable per pair; high-tops, boots and apparel-plus-shoes orders run higher. Because the box takes up space, two or three pairs forwarded together cost far less per pair than three separate parcels โ we receive your orders at your EU address, hold them, and consolidate into one shipment to the UK. For an exact figure, register a free EU forwarding address and use the on-page quote calculator with your real weight and destination.
| Order | Est. billable weight | Tip |
|---|---|---|
| 1 pair sneakers (boxed) | ~1.5โ2 kg | Lightest per-parcel option |
| 2 pairs consolidated | ~3โ3.5 kg | Big per-pair saving |
| Boots / high-tops | ~2โ2.5 kg | Bulkier box, volumetric matters |
| Shoes + Tech Fleece set | ~2.5โ3.5 kg | Combine to share the base cost |
Here is a realistic, dated example so you can plan ahead. The number that decides everything is the UK's GBP 135 customs threshold, measured on the goods value alone (excluding shipping and insurance). At or below GBP 135 there is no customs duty and the overseas seller charges 20% UK VAT at checkout. Above GBP 135, the carrier collects 20% import VAT plus any duty on delivery and adds a handling fee. For EU-origin goods, duty is 0% under the UKโEU Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) when a valid statement of origin is provided; without it, MFN applies (footwear about 8%). We estimate your full landed cost before we ship so you can decide.
| Line | Example A: 1 pair AF1 '07 | Example B: 2 pairs consolidated |
|---|---|---|
| Goods value (EU VAT incl.) | EUR 119.99 โ GBP 102 | EUR 249.98 โ GBP 212 |
| Customs (goods) value vs GBP 135 | At/below โ no duty | Above โ duty + VAT on delivery |
| EUโUK forwarding (est.) | ~GBP 18 | ~GBP 25 (one parcel) |
| UK import VAT (20%) | GBP 20.40 (seller, at checkout) | GBP 42.40 (carrier, on delivery) |
| Customs duty | GBP 0 (under threshold) | GBP 0 with TCA origin / ~GBP 17 MFN ~8% |
| Carrier handling fee | None (collected at checkout) | ~GBP 12 |
| Est. landed total | โ GBP 140 | โ GBP 291 (TCA origin) / โ GBP 308 (MFN) |
Illustrative example dated 14 June 2026, using an approximate rate of GBP 0.85/EUR; exchange rates, carrier fees and tariffs change. The GBP 135 duty relief is in force as of this date (a future abolition has been announced, dated by March 2029 at the latest, but is not yet effective). Returns are the genuine weak spot of cross-border buying. Nike's policy is a 30-day window for items that are new, unused, with tags and in the original box. The catch: free returns apply only to a domestic return inside the country where you bought the shoes. A pair forwarded to the UK cannot use a free EU domestic label, so a return means international shipping back into the EU (deducted from your refund), possible customs handling and a longer wait for processing. The practical takeaway: get the size right before you order โ use the cm method and size up half a size, because Nike runs small โ and returning is rarely worth it for a small fit miss.
Return terms are set by Nike and can change; confirm the current policy on Nike's website before purchase. Source: Nike returns policy (Nike UK Help).
