Ship to Canada

Nike's European sites ship within Europe only. Canadian sneakerheads can use a Resendify German address to shop nike.com at euro prices and grab EU-exclusive colourways — forwarded to any address in Canada.

Why buy from Nike Europe for Canada?

EU-exclusive colourways and euro prices — delivered to Canada

Nike Europe runs colourways and regional drops that never land on nike.com in Canada, and several Air Max, Dunk and Jordan releases launch in EU markets first. EUR pricing is consistently lower than Nike Canada on the same models — an Air Force 1 sits around EUR 120 and Air Max around EUR 150-180, often 20-35% under the Canadian shelf price even after forwarding. Sizing is in EU numbers, so use Nike's EU-to-North-America chart at checkout (EU 44 is roughly US/CA men's 10). With a Resendify German address you shop nike.com/de like a local and we forward to any Canadian address. Combine it with our H&M and LEGO Canada routes and the shipping calculator to plan a single consolidated parcel. Shipping time from Europe to Canada depends on the carrier and service level you choose. Resendify handles customs declarations and provides door-to-door tracking for all Canadian provinces.

Buy Nike Europe and ship to Canada: what's actually worth it

Nike runs its European stores (nike.com/de, /fr, /nl and 19+ country sites) as separate catalogues from Nike.com/ca, with a deeper range and region-locked launches. The reason to buy Nike Europe and ship to Canada is access first, price second: SNKRS EU regularly carries colorways, collaborations and restocks that never reach North American SNKRS. The clearest recent example is SNKRS Reloaded, a six-day Europe-only restock event in December 2025 that brought back genuine heat such as the Patta x Air Max 90 and the Travis Scott Nike Zoom Field Jaxx, with no Canadian equivalent. Europe also gets its own football and Euro/World Cup 2026 kit makeups and European-market colorways, plus a separate stock and sizing pool you can pull from when a size sells out on Nike.com/ca.

  • Court & lifestyle classics: Air Force 1 '07 (~EUR 119.99 on Nike EU, vs CAD 150 men's / CAD 170 women's on Nike.com/ca), Dunk Low (~EUR 119.99-129.99), Blazer and Cortez
  • The full Air Max line, including EU colorways: Air Max 1, 90 (~EUR 149.99-159.99), 95, 97, Plus/TN and DN
  • Running franchises: Pegasus, Vomero 5, Invincible and the Alphafly/Vaporfly race line
  • Jordan Brand: Air Jordan 1, 4 and seasonal makeups, plus SNKRS EU region-locked drops
  • Apparel: Tech Fleece sets (~EUR 130-170), Dri-FIT training and running gear
  • European football and Euro/World Cup 2026 national-team kits (~EUR 90-100) you won't find on Nike.com/ca
The problem

Nike Europe doesn't ship to Canada. Here's the fix.

🚫

Nike EU sites ship within Europe only

Nike's German, French and Spanish sites deliver only inside Europe and reject Canadian addresses at checkout, so Canadians can't reach EU prices or releases directly.

💸

Nike Canada prices sit above EUR prices

The same Air Max, Dunk or Jordan typically costs more on Nike Canada than on nike.com/de — even after forwarding you usually pay less buying from Europe.

👟

EU-exclusive colourways skip Canada

Nike drops certain colourways and regional collaborations only in Europe; many sell out before, or never reach, the Canadian market.

📏

Sizes sell out faster in Canada

Popular models go out of stock quickly in Canadian sizes. The larger EU catalogue often still has your size in the colourway you want.

Nike sizing for Canada: convert from the EU number (AF1 runs large; Nike runs narrow)

Nike's EU stores list footwear in EU sizing (for example EU 44); Canada uses US sizing, so always convert from the EU number printed on the product page, not the US number in your head. The conversion is gender-specific: on Nike's own chart a men's US 10 = EU 44, while a women's US 10 = EU 42, so men's and women's sit about 1.5 US sizes apart at the same EU number. Read the gendered column in the table below and match the right one. Fit notes: the Air Force 1 runs about a half-size large (many buyers size down half a size), and Nike generally runs slightly narrow, so wider feet or between-sizes buyers should account for that. Apparel uses international S-M-L-XL with cm-based body measurements, so compare your chest and waist in centimetres against the product's own chart.

Use the table as a starting point, then confirm against the specific product's size guide on the EU store before you order. Because a forwarded parcel is effectively final once it lands in Canada (see Returns), getting the EU size right the first time is the real money-saver.

Conversions follow Nike's own size chart and are gender-specific (men's US 10 = EU 44; women's US 10 = EU 42). The Air Force 1 runs about a half-size large and Nike generally runs slightly narrow, so always check the specific product's size guide on the EU store before ordering. Canada customs & import duty (EU → Canada), explained

Here is the honest version most forwarders won't tell you. For a parcel coming from the EU, Canada's de minimis is just CAD 20 — both duty and tax. Above that, GST/HST/PST applies to the entire value, not only the part over CAD 20. Watch out for the most common mistake online: the widely-quoted CAD 150 (duty) and CAD 40 (tax) thresholds are NOT for you. Those only apply to courier goods shipped from the US or Mexico under CUSMA, and they do not cover EU parcels — quoting them would badly understate what a Canadian actually pays. The consumption tax is 5% federal GST plus a provincial component, so combined roughly 5%-15% depending on the recipient's province (for example Alberta 5%, Ontario 13%, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador and PEI 15%). The carrier collects this on delivery (the courier CLVS program; Canada Post adds about CAD 9.95 in handling), though some merchants prepay it as DDP. One number to plan around: your EU store price already includes local EU VAT, and shipping through a forwarder to an EU address does not let a private shopper reclaim that VAT (a tourist refund needs a personal export with a customs stamp, which a forwarder can't do). So budget against the EU sticker price, not a tax-free one.

On duty, the good news is that EU-origin goods are 0% under CETA — but only if the EU seller includes a valid CETA origin declaration on the invoice. Without that declaration, standard MFN rates apply (clothing roughly 16-18%, footwear roughly 16-20%, leather roughly 8-11%), while cosmetics and most electronics are largely 0% either way. Because whether you pay 0% or full MFN hinges on a single line on the seller's invoice, a generic "X% on clothes" figure tells you very little about your actual bill. Rather than guess, we estimate your full landed cost — item value, plus shipping, plus estimated duty — before you ship, so you can plan with a realistic estimate. Create your free EU forwarding address, fill your cart at the EU store, and run it through our calculator for the real number before you commit.

VAT reality: EU prices include VAT, and forwarding doesn't refund it

Nike's EU prices are quoted in euros with EU VAT already included, for example 19% in Germany on nike.com/de. It is important to be honest about this: when you ship to an EU forwarding address, the order is a domestic EU sale, so EU VAT is charged and a private forwarding shopper generally cannot reclaim it. A tourist-style VAT refund requires personally exporting the goods and getting a customs stamp at the border, which a forwarded parcel does not qualify for, so we never promise a VAT refund through forwarding.

The real value isn't a tax dodge; it's range and exclusivity. You get access to SNKRS EU colorways, SNKRS Reloaded restocks and European football kits that Nike.com/ca simply never lists, plus EU-side sales (Nike DE has discounted the AF1 well below list during EU promotions) and a separate stock pool when your size is gone in Canada. On the headline math, an Air Force 1 '07 at ~EUR 119.99 lands around CAD 175-180 before shipping and duty, close to the CAD 150 men's / CAD 170 women's on Nike.com/ca, so treat the catalogue and the exclusives as the draw, with price a bonus when EU sales hit.

EU VAT is already included in Nike's EU prices and is generally not reclaimable by a private shopper using a forwarding address. Forwarding does not qualify for a tourist VAT refund. As of 2026-06-14.

Shipping Nike Europe to Canada: weights, volumetric and consolidation

A single boxed pair of adult Nike sneakers typically weighs about 1.0-1.4 kg (Air Force 1 or Air Max), with a general range of 0.9-1.8 kg per shoebox, so budget roughly 1.2-1.5 kg per box when estimating. Apparel is much lighter: a jersey or Dri-FIT top is about 0.3-0.5 kg, and a Tech Fleece set runs about 0.6-0.8 kg packaged. A typical one-pair order plus a jersey therefore lands around 1.5-2 kg of actual weight on the EU-to-Canada leg.

Watch volumetric weight: a Nike shoebox is bulky (roughly 33 x 20 x 12 cm), so stacking two or three boxes can bill on volume rather than the scale. The fix is consolidation. Have several EU orders gathered at your forwarding warehouse and sent as one box, which keeps you to a single international leg and one customs entry instead of paying handling and brokerage on each parcel. Register your free EU forwarding address (matched to the store's country, for example a German address for nike.com/de), then run the on-page calculator with your real cart weight to see an actual EU-to-Canada cost before you buy.

Estimated landed cost: a worked Nike Europe to Canada example

Here is an illustrative, dated example for a typical Nike EU order forwarded to Canada: one pair of Air Force 1 '07 plus a national-team football jersey, around EUR 210 on nike.com/de with Germany's 19% VAT already included (roughly CAD 310 at recent rates). Add a forwarding leg for a ~1.7 kg parcel, then add estimated Canadian import charges.

Important, and different from what most guides say: Canada's de minimis for an EU-origin parcel is just CAD 20 for both duty and tax. The widely-quoted CAD 150 (duty) / CAD 40 (tax) thresholds apply ONLY to courier goods from the US or Mexico under CUSMA, NOT to a parcel shipped from Germany. Above CAD 20, tax applies to the ENTIRE value, not just the excess: 5% federal GST, or a combined HST in provinces that use it, plus any provincial sales tax elsewhere, so the all-in rate runs from about 5% in Alberta up to 13-15% in Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and PEI. Canada normally calculates that tax on the value plus any duty, so the two stack. On duty, EU-origin Nike footwear and apparel are 0% under CETA, but ONLY if a valid CETA origin declaration is on the seller's invoice; a privately forwarded parcel often lacks it, so duty can default to the MFN rate (footwear ~16-20%, clothing ~16-18%). We show duty as a band rather than a single permanent rate because it depends on that paperwork. Treat the total below as a planning estimate, not a quote: run the on-page calculator and register your free EU forwarding address before you ship.

Line itemEstimate (CAD)
Items (AF1 '07 + national-team jersey, 19% German VAT included)~$310
Forwarding (~1.7 kg, Germany to Canada leg)~$50-75
GST/HST + provincial tax on full value (5%-15%, e.g. ON 13%)~$16-47
Import duty (0% with CETA origin declaration; up to ~16-20% MFN without)~$0-62
Carrier handling / brokerage (e.g. Canada Post ~$9.95)~$10
Estimated landed cost~$386-504

Illustrative example as of 2026-06-14. Canada's de minimis for EU-origin parcels is CAD 20 for both duty and tax; the CAD 150/40 CUSMA thresholds apply only to US/Mexico goods, not EU parcels. Above CAD 20, tax (5% GST plus provincial/HST, ~5-15% combined) applies to the full value, normally including duty. CETA gives 0% duty on EU-origin Nike footwear/apparel only with a valid origin declaration on the invoice; otherwise the MFN rate (footwear ~16-20%, clothing ~16-18%) can apply. German VAT is already in the price and is not refundable via forwarding. Figures are planning estimates, not a quote, and not legal or tax advice; verify the rules in force at purchase with the CBSA at cbsa-asfc.gc.ca. Source: Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

Nike EU returns: built for inside the EU, hard from Canada

Nike's EU stores give a return window from delivery (commonly 30 days), free for Nike Members via a printed label or QR code, while guest/non-member return shipping cost varies by country. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached; worn returns are rejected, which is stricter than how some shoppers treat Nike's North American trial period. Nike By You custom items are excluded, refunds typically process within about two weeks of Nike receiving the item, and defects carry a 2-year legal warranty under EU law.

The honest catch for Canadian forwarding customers: the whole system is built for returning inside the EU. Once a parcel is forwarded to Canada, returning it means paying international shipping back to the EU warehouse within the same window and likely losing the original VAT and import handling, which is slow and costly. Treat fit as close to final and nail the EU size before ordering.
