Let's be straight: the euro price you see on jacquemus.com/en_fr already includes 20% French VAT. When you ship to a forwarding address inside the EU, that VAT stays in the price — and as a private shopper you generally cannot reclaim it. Tourist VAT refunds require you to personally export the goods and get a customs export stamp, which a parcel forwarding route does not produce.
