H&M's European stores ship within Europe only. Canadian shoppers can use a Resendify European address to access the full H&M and H&M Home catalogue at euro prices — forwarded to any address in Canada.
H&M's European stores are where the brand's seasonal calendar lives: designer collaborations, Studio and Conscious lines, and the full H&M Home range all launch in Europe first, and parts of it never reach Canada. EUR prices on basics, knitwear and homeware are structurally lower than Canadian H&M pricing, and the European catalogue is noticeably deeper than the Canadian store. A typical tee runs around EUR 10-15 and a wool-blend coat EUR 50-80 — often 20-35% under the Canadian shelf price even before you add forwarding. With a Resendify European address you shop hm.com like a local and we forward to any Canadian address. Pair it with our Nike and LEGO Canada routes and the shipping calculator to plan a consolidated order. Shipping time from Europe to Canada depends on the carrier and service level you choose. Resendify handles customs declarations and provides door-to-door tracking for all Canadian provinces.
H&M's European country sites deliver only inside Europe and reject Canadian addresses at checkout. The Canadian H&M store carries a smaller assortment and higher prices on the same pieces.
Basics, knitwear and H&M Home cost noticeably more on the Canadian site than their EUR equivalents in Germany, Spain or France — even after forwarding you usually come out ahead.
Much of the H&M Home range and several seasonal and designer collaborations are stocked in Europe but never reach the Canadian market.
Even when you find the item, the EU checkout will not accept a Canadian delivery address. A European address solves it.
Resendify gives you a real local address at our warehouses. Shop where the deals are, we collect, repack and forward — you stay in control the whole way.
Pick a warehouse in Spain, Germany, the UK or the US. We assign you a real street address — yours within minutes.
Use your Resendify address at checkout — Amazon DE, Zara, Decathlon, eBay, anywhere. Even sellers that don't ship abroad.
Photos on arrival, optional repacking, and consolidation of multiple orders into one shipment to save up to 70%.
Pick your courier and track door-to-door. Email alerts on every tracking update.
We can receive your packages in multiple strategic countries, giving you access to stores, suppliers and marketplaces that would otherwise be hard to reach internationally.
Here is the honest version most forwarders won't tell you. For a parcel coming from the EU, Canada's de minimis is just CAD 20 — both duty and tax. Above that, GST/HST/PST applies to the entire value, not only the part over CAD 20. Watch out for the most common mistake online: the widely-quoted CAD 150 (duty) and CAD 40 (tax) thresholds are NOT for you. Those only apply to courier goods shipped from the US or Mexico under CUSMA, and they do not cover EU parcels — quoting them would badly understate what a Canadian actually pays. The consumption tax is 5% federal GST plus a provincial component, so combined roughly 5%-15% depending on the recipient's province (for example Alberta 5%, Ontario 13%, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador and PEI 15%). The carrier collects this on delivery (the courier CLVS program; Canada Post adds about CAD 9.95 in handling), though some merchants prepay it as DDP. One number to plan around: your EU store price already includes local EU VAT, and shipping through a forwarder to an EU address does not let a private shopper reclaim that VAT (a tourist refund needs a personal export with a customs stamp, which a forwarder can't do). So budget against the EU sticker price, not a tax-free one.
On duty, the good news is that EU-origin goods are 0% under CETA — but only if the EU seller includes a valid CETA origin declaration on the invoice. Without that declaration, standard MFN rates apply (clothing roughly 16-18%, footwear roughly 16-20%, leather roughly 8-11%), while cosmetics and most electronics are largely 0% either way. Because whether you pay 0% or full MFN hinges on a single line on the seller's invoice, a generic "X% on clothes" figure tells you very little about your actual bill. Rather than guess, we estimate your full landed cost — item value, plus shipping, plus estimated duty — before you ship, so you can plan with a realistic estimate. Create your free EU forwarding address, fill your cart at the EU store, and run it through our calculator for the real number before you commit.

Yes. H&M's European sites won't ship to Canada, but Resendify gives you a real European address to use at checkout, then forwards your order to any Canadian address.
Usually. EUR prices on basics, knitwear and H&M Home are typically 20-35% below the Canadian H&M shelf price for the same item, and the saving often holds even after forwarding.
Canada's postal de minimis is very low — around CAD 20 for items sent by post from the EU. Above that you pay 5% GST plus your provincial sales tax or HST, and apparel can attract duty of roughly 18%. We prepare your customs paperwork and flag likely charges before forwarding. For Hm Europe Ship shipments specifically heading to Canada, our team pre-fills the commercial invoice to streamline clearance.
After your order reaches our warehouse, forwarding time depends on the carrier and service you choose, with express options available.
Forwarding depends on weight. A typical clothing order of 2-3 garments costs roughly CAD 30-55 to forward; a heavier H&M Home order costs more. Use the shipping calculator for an exact quote.
Yes. We hold parcels at our European warehouse for up to 60 days so you can combine multiple H&M orders — or H&M with other EU purchases — into one shipment to Canada and cut the per-item shipping cost.
