A good US forwarder — with a US-shaped map
Let's be fair: Planet Express is genuinely one of the cheapest US forwarders to start with. There is a free plan, and Premium at $10/month or $50/year is among the lowest annual fees in the US sector; its public calculator and price list are refreshingly transparent, and the Tualatin, Oregon warehouse means no state sales tax on US purchases — a real 6–10% saving. The trade-offs are what the free plan leaves out and where the warehouses are. The free tier has no consolidation at all and only 10 days of storage; every incoming package costs $2 in handling on either plan; and consolidation requires Premium plus $5 + $2 per package. Above all, Planet Express operates from two countries — the US and the UK — with nothing in continental Europe, Turkey or Asia. Resendify runs its own warehouses in 10 countries, including Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Turkey and Czechia — and also the United States, from Delaware, which is likewise a state with no sales tax. Our model is a membership from €1.64/month billed annually plus per-package services, so compare the whole basket rather than one line. If your cart is only American, Planet Express does the job well and cheaply. If your cart is European too, it simply has no address to give you.

Its pricing is public and among the cheapest in the US sector, and the Oregon warehouse is genuinely tax-free for US purchases. The recurring complaints in reviews are occasional poor customer-service experiences, shipping rates some users find expensive, and a slow 'shop for me' service — worth knowing, but not disqualifying.
It depends on where you shop, not on which service is 'better'. Buying mostly from US stores? Planet Express is a solid, cheap choice. Buying from European stores — Spanish, German, Italian, French brands or Turkish retailers — only Resendify has warehouses there.

For US purchases sent to its Tualatin, Oregon warehouse, yes: Oregon charges no state sales tax, which typically saves 6–10% versus shipping to most other US states. That is a genuine advantage when buying American brands. It does not, however, remove the import duties or VAT your destination country may charge when the parcel arrives.
