If you live in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore or another of its APAC destinations and mostly buy light parcels, it is a legitimate, cheap option. Its two limits are structural, though. First, destinations: Buyandship delivers to roughly 12 Asia-Pacific markets plus India and the UAE — if you live in Europe, the US, Canada or Latin America, it simply is not your service. Second, routing: every parcel travels to the Hong Kong hub before it travels to you, a double leg that is the most consistent theme in its Trustpilot complaints. Resendify takes the opposite approach: warehouses in 10 countries — including 7 in Europe that Buyandship does not cover — shipping direct from the origin country, door to door, to anywhere in the world.

No. Buyandship ships FROM warehouses in the US, the UK and Italy, but as a destination it only serves around 12 Asia-Pacific markets — Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Japan, Australia and others — plus India and the UAE. If you live in the USA, Canada, the UK, continental Europe or Latin America, Buyandship cannot deliver to you; you need a forwarder like Resendify that ships worldwide.
For its intended customer, honestly, yes. If you live in one of its APAC destination markets and mostly buy light parcels, its HK$24/lb pickup-point rate and free multi-country consolidation are hard to beat. Founded in Hong Kong in 2014, it claims over 1.8 million members (independent reporting put registered users at about 1.72 million as of September 2023). The trade-offs shoppers describe on Trustpilot — around 4/5 as of August 2026 — are slower deliveries caused by the Hong Kong routing, generic customer service and occasional lost parcels.
It depends on where you live and what you buy. If your destination is in Asia-Pacific and your parcels are light, Buyandship is a fair choice; if you live anywhere else, want European stores beyond the UK and Italy, or ship boxes above its 20 lb consolidation cap, use Resendify.

A forwarder that ships direct from the origin country, as Resendify does, removes the intermediate hop; actual transit times always depend on the carrier and on customs at your destination.
As of 4 August 2026: HK$24 per pound (lb) to a self-pickup point, or HK$32 per pound for home delivery plus a HK$20 surcharge in residential and remote areas. A temporary fuel surcharge of HK$1 per pound has applied since 22 April 2026 to shipments from Korea, the US, Canada, the UK, Italy, Australia and Thailand. There is no published subscription fee. No — Buyandship has no warehouses there. Its European coverage is limited to the UK and Italy, so shops in Spain, France, Germany, Turkey or the Czech Republic have nowhere to deliver your order inside its network.
