Source in 10 countries,
ship from your back office
Your suppliers are in Europe, Türkiye, the US or China; your customers are somewhere else. Connect supplier orders, consolidation, customs and shipping to the system you already run your store on.

Cross-border sourcing breaks at the hand-offs
Margins calculated with yesterday's rates
Shipping is a guess in your pricing sheet until someone quotes it by hand. Products end up priced on a number that is no longer true.
Suppliers that don't export
Many European and Asian suppliers only ship domestically. Each one needs a local address and someone to track what arrives there.
Customs data typed twice
Your catalogue already has descriptions, HS codes and origin. Retyping them into every proforma is slow and error-prone.
Your customer asks, you don't know
Order status lives in your store; package status lives in another panel. Support answers by switching tabs.
Everything your account does on the web, from your own system
The API is your Resendify account, programmable. Same permissions, same plan prices — so anything you click today can run on its own tomorrow.
Your address in every warehouse
Fetch your personal address and customer code for each of our 10 countries, ready to paste into any checkout.
Declare inbound packages
Create each expected package with store, order number, carrier, tracking and expected arrival — straight from your order flow.
Buy for me, programmatically
Send a product link and price; we place the order in the store. The payment request comes back with the provision and your plan's handling fee.
Status, photos and history
List and search every package by status, warehouse, tracking or order; read its photos, full status history and per-leg tracking events.
Consolidation
Ask us to merge several checked-in packages into one, choosing the consolidation type and leaving instructions for the team.
Instant price quotes
Prices for any weight, size and postal code without creating a package — sorted by cheapest or fastest, with the carrier's own estimate.
Shipping options and booking
Get the live options for a package in the warehouse, choose one, add premium insurance and book it to any saved address.
Customs proforma
Send the item list with HS codes and origin together with the booking. It is validated before anything is contracted.
Payments from your balance
Pay shipments and pending requests from your wallet, and read your full payment history for accounting.
Address book
Add, edit and set default delivery addresses within your plan's quota — with a safety step when an edit would invalidate a pending quote.
Pallet quotes
Request a pallet quote with dimensions and value; our team prices it (within 72 hours at most) and the price appears on the same request.
Real-time notifications
Your server is told about every status change, new payment request and completed payment the moment it happens.
One package, from store to door, without opening the panel
This is the whole life of a package and what your system can do at each step. Each stage arrives as a notification, so your platform reacts instead of polling.
- 1Created
Declared
Your system declares the purchase — or asks us to buy it — the moment the order is placed.
- 2In warehouse
Checked in
Arrival with photos. You can check contents remotely and forward the proof to your own customer.
- 3Consolidating
Grouped
Optional: several packages become one box to cut the international rate.
- 4Payment pending
Booked
Options priced, carrier chosen, customs proforma sent and validated.
- 5Paid
Paid
Charged to your balance only if the amount is exactly the one you expected.
- 6Shipped → Delivered
On its way
Carrier tracking per leg until delivery, pushed to your system as it happens.
Why teams that integrate it don't go back to the panel
An API that touches money and customs has to be safe to automate. These are the details that make it so.
A real sandbox
Any call can run in test mode: validated exactly like live, with a simulated answer — nothing is created, charged or shipped.
Price guard on every payment
You send the amount you expect to pay. If the price moved, nothing is charged and your system decides what to do.
Signed, retried notifications
Every notification is signed so you can verify it came from us, retried if your server fails, and carries an id to ignore duplicates.
Same prices as your plan
The API does not add a price layer: quotes and charges are your plan's, exactly as in the web panel.
Customs checked before booking
When a route crosses customs, the proforma is validated before the shipment is contracted — not after it is stuck.
Readable by people and AI
Standard REST and JSON with a machine-readable specification: your developer, or an AI assistant, can work with it from day one.
How stores plug the API into their operation
Three integrations stores build first. None of them needs a plugin: they live in your own back office or ERP.
Shipping cost in your pricing
Quote any weight, size and destination postal code without creating a package — cheapest or fastest first. Feed it into your margin calculator or show an estimate at checkout.
- Prices from your own plan, not a public list
- Carrier options with the carrier's own estimate
- No package needed to get a price
Supplier order → inbound package
When your system places a purchase order with a supplier, it uses your address in the right warehouse and declares the package. Arrival, photos and status flow back to the order.
- Your address and customer code per warehouse, fetched automatically
- Supplier, PO number and tracking on each package
- Check-in photos as proof of what arrived
Booking with your catalogue's customs data
Your system chooses the option, adds premium insurance when the value calls for it, and sends the customs proforma straight from your catalogue's descriptions, HS codes and origin.
- Proforma validated before the shipment is contracted
- Paid from balance with a price guard
- Tracking per leg pushed back to your order

Go live
Your system declares, consolidates, ships and pays on its own, and hears about every change the moment it happens.
Warehouses and receiving points across key global markets
We can receive your packages in multiple strategic countries, giving you access to stores, suppliers and marketplaces that would otherwise be hard to reach internationally.
Ten sourcing countries behind one integration
We receive in Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Türkiye, the United States, China and Hong Kong. To a supplier that only ships domestically, your order is a local delivery.
Through the API your system knows your exact address and customer code in each of them, so every purchase order goes to the right place with the code that makes it yours on arrival.
Packages from different suppliers in the same warehouse can be consolidated into one before the international leg — an optional service with its own fee, charged when the shipment is paid.
- One integration for ten receiving countries
- Your customer code in every address, so nothing arrives ownerless
- Consolidation per warehouse, optional and priced per plan
Shipping to your end customers: what to agree first
The API can book a shipment to any delivery address saved in your account. Each plan includes a number of addresses, and the API follows that quota exactly as the web does.
That makes it ideal for replenishing your own warehouse or shipping to wholesale customers. For direct-to-consumer volume, tell us your orders per month in the form: the right setup is a plan conversation, and it is better had before you build.
We do not promise transit times or duty-free entry. Duties are paid at destination, and the carrier's estimate is exactly that — an estimate.
Questions from online stores
No — and we prefer to say so. The API is standard REST with JSON, so the integration lives in your own back office, ERP or a small service your developer writes. Many stores start with just quotes and package notifications, and add booking later.
You can quote any weight, size and destination in real time and use that number wherever you want. Remember it is a quote for your plan at that moment: the final price is confirmed when the package is booked, and the payment is only charged if it matches what you expected.
Yes, with Buy for me: your system sends the product link and price, we place the order, and a payment request with the provision and your plan's fee comes back to be paid from your balance.
Shipments, services and quotes through the API cost exactly what your plan costs on the web — the API does not add a price layer. API access is enabled per account, and the right plan depends on your volume, so the conditions are agreed with sales. Send the form and a person replies.
Someone has to connect your system, yes: the API is standard REST with JSON, documented with a machine-readable specification, so any developer — or an AI coding assistant — can work with it. There is no ready-made store plugin today. If you do not have a developer, tell us in the form and we will tell you honestly whether the web panel already covers what you need.
Yes. Every action can run in sandbox mode: it is validated exactly as it would be in production and returns a simulated response, but nothing is created, charged or shipped. Notifications produced in sandbox are flagged as such, so your system can tell them apart.
No. Shipping options show the carrier's own estimate next to the price, and that is all it is — an estimate from the carrier, which we do not control. The same applies to customs: duties are paid at destination and we never promise a shipment will enter free of them.
There are fair-use limits that protect the platform for everyone. Tell us your expected volume in the form — packages per month and peaks — and we size the setup with you before you go live.
